Summary¶

NHB's coaching programs are specialty-focused, add-on programs where members work directly with a specific coach every week on the area holding their business back most. Beyond NHB's content and training, coaching programs give members direct weekly access to top operators who review the member's actual campaigns, solve their specific problems, and refine their strategies in real time.

Each program is led by a coach who is actively operating in that discipline — not a career educator teaching theory from the sidelines. Every program is $1,000 per month and is an add-on to a member's existing NHB Pro or Fast Forward membership.

The 8 coaching programs¶

NHB offers eight coaching programs, each led by a specialist:

Fast Forward is NHB's flagship mastermind program with direct hands-on access to Alen. The other seven are coaching add-ons that stack on top of an NHB Pro membership.

What's included in every coaching program¶

Every coaching program gives members the same core access to their coach:

Weekly coaching calls. Each coach runs a weekly training call covering the core frameworks of their specialty, open to all members of their program.
Courses. Access to the coach's comprehensive training program — structured, step-by-step curriculum on their area of expertise.
Private community. A dedicated space inside the NHB platform where program members share wins, troubleshoot problems, and learn from each other's campaigns.
Hot Seats. Members get their campaigns, funnels, and strategies reviewed live by their coach in weekly Hot Seat calls — real-time diagnosis and solutions for specific bottlenecks.
Fast Feedback. Members can submit questions or campaigns twice per week and get expert answers, usually the same day. No waiting when guidance is needed fast.
Coach library. Full access to the coach's complete archive of past Hot Seats, Theory calls, and Fast Feedback submissions — a searchable library of solutions to common problems in that discipline.

This is the difference between consuming content and executing with expert oversight. The coaching programs are where content turns into action inside the member's specific business.

How coaching programs work — the four-step process¶

Step 1 — Join a program. The member chooses their specialist based on what is holding their business back most. Pick the expert in the biggest bottleneck and get started immediately.

Step 2 — Weekly Hot Seats + Theory calls. Every week, the member brings their campaigns, funnels, copy, or problems to the coach and gets personalized guidance and solutions in real time.

Step 3 — Fast Feedback twice per week. When the member hits a roadblock between calls, they submit for Fast Feedback on designated days and get expert answers the same day.

Step 4 — Implement and grow. With weekly expert guidance, the member takes action with confidence, sees results, and continues scaling. They are not figuring it out alone anymore.

Pricing¶

Every coaching program (other than Fast Forward) is $1,000 per month, as an add-on to NHB Pro.

Fast Forward is NHB's flagship mastermind and has its own pricing structure:

Fast Forward — $1,000 per month plus a $10,000 down payment, or $20,000 annually if paid in full up front. Annual renewal for existing members is $12,000 per year or $1,000 per month.

Members can stack multiple coaching programs. Many members who need support in more than one area do exactly that — for example, Meta Ads plus CRO, or Copywriting plus Offers. Each program adds $1,000 per month to the member's bill and brings dedicated weekly support from that specialist.

Who can join a coaching program¶

Coaching programs are add-ons that require an active NHB Pro or Fast Forward membership. If a member downgrades their base membership to Free, they lose access to their coaching program automatically. Coaching programs cannot be purchased standalone without an underlying Pro or FF membership.

What's the difference between NHB Pro and adding a Coaching Program?¶

NHB Pro teaches a member what works across all areas — offers, funnels, ads, email, copy, scaling, and more. Coaching Programs give weekly implementation support in one specialty. The coach reviews the member's campaigns, solves the member's specific problems, and guides the member's execution. The difference is learning in theory versus executing with expert oversight on real work.

How does a member know which coach to pick?¶

Members should pick based on their biggest bottleneck right now:

Email list not producing? Isaac.

What exactly does a member get with a coaching program?¶

Weekly Hot Seats where the coach reviews the member's actual work, weekly Coaching Theory calls for deep-dive training, Fast Feedback twice per week for roadblocks, and full access to the coach's library of past calls and solutions. It is personalized guidance on the member's specific business every single week.

Can a member join multiple coaching programs at once?¶

Yes. Many members stack programs when they need deep support in multiple areas — Meta ads plus CRO, Google plus Email, Copy plus Offers. Each program is $1,000 per month and the member gets dedicated weekly support from each specialist.

What if a member needs to switch coaches?¶

Members can cancel one program and join another anytime. No penalties. Most members pick based on their actual bottleneck and stay because their coach gets to know their business and keeps them moving forward.

What happens if a member cancels their Pro or FF membership?¶

The coaching program automatically cancels too. Coaching programs are add-ons that require an active Pro or FF membership. If a member downgrades their base membership, they lose access to their coaching program.

Are the coaching calls recorded if a member can't attend live?¶

Yes. Every Hot Seat, Coaching Theory call, and Fast Feedback submission is recorded and searchable. Members have a complete library of their coach's guidance, past member problems, and solutions they can reference anytime.

How much direct access does a member actually get to their coach?¶

Real access. Weekly Hot Seats (live on Zoom, member's campaigns reviewed). Fast Feedback twice per week (submit questions, get same-day answers most of the time). Private community with the coach and other program members. This is not "watch more videos" — it is weekly implementation support on the member's actual business.

What if a member is not sure coaching will work for their business?¶

That is exactly why expert eyes on the member's work matter. Most members think they know the problem, but their coach identifies the actual bottleneck in the first Hot Seat. Waiting costs weeks or months of moving in the wrong direction.

Can a member cancel their coaching program anytime?¶

Yes. Month-to-month, no long-term contract. Cancel whenever. Most members stay because once they have weekly expert guidance on their specific business, going back to guessing is not an option.

Is there a money-back guarantee or refund policy on coaching programs?¶

No. All sales are final. No refunds. If the program is not working, the member should cancel before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not offered because these programs require the coach's time and attention from day one.

What kind of results can a member expect from a coaching program?¶

Results depend on implementation. This is covered by the NHB income and results policy — NHB cannot predict or guarantee what any individual member will achieve. Members who consistently show up to Hot Seats, submit for Fast Feedback, and actually execute tend to see campaigns fix faster, funnels convert better, and bottlenecks clear. But the member has to do the work. No specific outcome is promised to any individual.
