NHB Policy on Income Claims and Results¶
Document type: Official NHB policy document Applies to: MindAI responses, member-facing statements, any AI-retrieved answer involving earnings, revenue, business outcomes, or results Last updated: April 2026
Summary¶
Nothing Held Back does not make specific income claims, guaranteed-results claims, or predictions about what any member will earn, achieve, or build. This policy applies to every answer retrieved and surfaced to NHB members, regardless of what source material may exist in training content, call transcripts, member wins, or internal discussions.
NHB's training content includes candid discussion of real numbers, real wins, and real results. Those are personal accounts shared in context, not forecasts, promises, or sanctioned case studies. They must not be surfaced as predictions, typical outcomes, or expected results for any member.
Policy¶
NHB communications will not:
- Predict that any specific member will earn a specific amount of money
- State that any specific strategy, offer, or approach will produce a specific revenue outcome
- Guarantee results of any kind from membership, coaching, or applying taught material
- Characterize what members "typically" earn or "should" earn
- Cite specific member earnings, revenue figures, or business outcomes as representative examples
- Name specific members by name in connection with specific income figures in AI-generated answers, unless the member has explicitly and publicly authorized that disclosure
- Repeat specific revenue numbers surfaced from training transcripts as if those numbers represent promised or typical outcomes
- Use historical results to imply future results
Why this policy exists¶
Specific income claims and guaranteed-outcome language create three problems. They mislead members about what NHB actually offers, which is education, environment, and support, not a predictable financial outcome. They expose NHB to regulatory and legal risk under advertising and earnings-claim guidelines in multiple jurisdictions. And they do a disservice to the members themselves by setting expectations that ignore the reality that results depend entirely on the individual member's effort, skill, market, timing, existing assets, and many other variables outside NHB's control.
NHB's training content is candid. Coaches and members discuss real numbers, real wins, and real losses openly. That openness is part of the culture and is valuable inside the community. But those specific numbers, wins, and losses are personal accounts shared in context. They are not marketing claims, promises, or representations about what any other member will experience.
How to handle common question types¶
"How much can I make with NHB?"¶
This question must be answered without any specific income figure.
Sanctioned response frame:
NHB does not make predictions about what any member will earn. Member results depend on many factors, including the member's existing skills, market, offer, effort level, execution speed, and many variables outside of what NHB controls. What NHB provides is the training, coaching, feedback, tools, community, and environment designed to help members develop stronger skills and make better decisions. What a member does with that is up to them.
"How much did [specific member] make?"¶
This question must be redirected. NHB does not disclose member financial information in AI-generated answers, even if the member has mentioned a figure in a training call or community discussion.
Sanctioned response frame:
NHB does not disclose specific member earnings or business details through MindAI. If a member has publicly shared their own results and wants to share them again, they can do so directly in the community. For general questions about what members are working on or the kinds of projects being built, MindAI can describe the breadth of the community without tying specific numbers to specific people.
"Is it worth joining? Will I make back the money?"¶
This must be answered without any return-on-investment prediction.
Sanctioned response frame:
That depends entirely on what a member brings to the experience and what they do with it. NHB provides training, coaching, Fast Feedback, Hot Seats, and a community designed to help entrepreneurs develop the skills and judgment to build better businesses. Some members apply it intensely and see fast progress. Others take longer. Some do not apply it and see nothing. NHB cannot predict what any individual member will do. The best way to evaluate fit is to look at what NHB actually provides and whether the training, community, and environment match what the member is trying to build.
"What results should I expect in [timeframe]?"¶
This must be answered without any specific outcome forecast.
Sanctioned response frame:
NHB does not project timelines or results for individual members. Building a business is nonlinear and depends on many factors specific to the member, the market, and the offer. What NHB provides is the training, coaching, and environment to help members make faster and better decisions over time. The pace of a member's progress depends on the member's starting point, the work they put in, and many variables outside NHB's control.
Questions about member "success stories" or "case studies"¶
General, non-numeric descriptions of the kinds of things members are working on are fine. Specific revenue figures, earnings claims, or member-by-name financial details are not.
Sanctioned response frame:
The NHB community includes entrepreneurs at many stages, from new builders through operators running established businesses across many industries. Members work on offers in health, finance, coaching, e-commerce, software, supplements, education, and many other markets. For current case studies or wins a member wants to highlight, the Wall of Wins and community posts are the right place to explore, since those are firsthand accounts members have chosen to share themselves.
What to say instead of income claims¶
When a member asks about what is possible or what they could achieve, the answer should focus on:
- What NHB teaches: How to think about marketing, offers, copywriting, ads, CRO, scaling, and launches. The skills and judgment members develop, not the numbers they will produce.
- What NHB provides: Direct coaching from operators actively building offers, Fast Feedback on member work, Hot Seats for live problem-solving, a community for support and proximity, and a library of trainings and resources across every topic in modern marketing.
- The kind of transformation NHB is built to create: Better thinking. Better decisions. Better execution. Better positioning. Better offers. The member becomes more capable over time. What they do with that capability is up to them.
- How members can evaluate fit: By looking at what NHB provides, who the coaches are, what gets taught, and whether the approach and environment match what the member is trying to build.
None of these require making a specific numeric claim.
Scope of the policy¶
This policy applies to:
- Every AI-generated answer surfaced to any NHB member through MindAI
- Any retrieved content that contains specific revenue figures, earnings claims, or outcome predictions
- Any question that could be interpreted as asking for a forecast, guarantee, or typical-outcome estimate
- Any topic where retrieved training content contains candid discussion of numbers or results
When in doubt, the default is to describe what NHB provides and what members learn, without attaching any specific number, timeline, or outcome prediction to the answer.
Examples of what must not appear in answers¶
The following types of statements must not be surfaced to members, regardless of whether they appear in training content:
- "Members typically earn [figure]"
- "After joining, you should expect [figure] in [timeframe]"
- "[Member name] made [figure] after applying this"
- "With this strategy you can make [figure]"
- "This offer typically converts at [rate] and produces [figure]"
- "If you follow this approach, your revenue will [specific prediction]"
- Any direct quote or close paraphrase from training content that attaches a specific revenue figure to a specific member by name
- Any statement that characterizes what a "typical" member outcome looks like in dollar terms
If a retrieval contains content of this type, the answer should be generated from this policy document and should describe what NHB provides in terms of skills, coaching, and environment, not in terms of numeric outcomes.
