Summary

NHB's membership structure has three tiers and a set of add-on coaching programs. Plus is no longer offered. The current plan hierarchy is:

  • Free (NHB) — free-tier access with limited features
  • NHB Pro — the core paid membership
  • Fast Forward — NHB's flagship mastermind with direct access to Alen

On top of Pro, members can add any of seven specialty coaching programs for direct weekly access to a specific coach.

Plan pricing

Free (NHB)

  • Price: Free
  • Access: Limited entry-level access to the NHB platform. Free members can explore the platform but have minimal access to Live Calls, Fast Feedback, Hot Seats, coaching programs, and most premium content.

NHB Pro

  • Monthly: $500 per month
  • Annual: $4,500 per year (equivalent to nine months, a standing annual discount)
  • Additional team member: $250 per month to add a team member to an existing NHB Pro seat

What's included:

  • Full access to NHB's content library, trainings, and courses
  • Weekly NHB Theory call with Alen (Thursday 11am EST)
  • Weekly NHB Coaching Calls with each coach on their specialty
  • Monthly NHB Pro Hot Seat calls (rotating across the full coaching team)
  • Monthly Fast Feedback (1 submission per coach per calendar month, any coach except Alen)
  • Access to the full NHB community, Forum, Discord, and Meetups
  • MindAI access
  • Access to all tools, templates, and resources at the Pro tier

Fast Forward

Fast Forward is NHB's flagship mastermind program where members work directly with Alen on a hands-on basis. Fast Forward is a step above Pro, not an add-on.

Pricing options:

  • Monthly: $1,000 per month with a $10,000 down payment to start
  • Annual (pay in full): $20,000 per year
  • Annual renewal (existing members): $12,000 per year, or $1,000 per month
  • Additional team member: separate Additional FF Member add-on available
  • FF Pause Plan: available for members who need to temporarily pause their Fast Forward membership

The down payment structure is called "compression pricing" and is designed to filter for members who are committed to staying long enough to get real value from working with Alen.

What's included:

  • Everything in NHB Pro, plus
  • FF Theory call with Alen (Friday 11am EST) — Fast Forward members only
  • FF Hot Seats with Alen (Tuesday 11am EST) — Fast Forward members only
  • Unlimited Fast Feedback submissions to Alen as assigned coach
  • Hands-on strategic work from Alen on the member's offers, funnels, copy, and scaling
  • Direct access to the Fast Forward community within NHB

Coaching Programs (add-ons)

Coaching programs are $1,000 per month each, as add-ons on top of an active NHB Pro or Fast Forward membership. A member can add one or more coaching programs.

Fast Forward is the flagship program and is priced separately (see above).

Team member add-ons for coaching programs (MASL, GASL, LL): additional team-member seats available per program. Specific pricing on request via ThriveCart.

What's included in every coaching program:

  • Weekly coaching call with the specific coach
  • Weekly private Hot Seats for program members
  • Fast Feedback twice per week for program members
  • Private community for program members
  • Full coach library of past calls, Fast Feedback, and trainings
  • Access to the coach's complete course curriculum

Members can stack multiple coaching programs when they need depth in more than one area.

What is no longer offered

  • Plus — the legacy Plus tier has been eliminated. The plan hierarchy is Free → Pro → Fast Forward.

Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrading (Free → Pro, Pro → FF, or adding a coaching program) takes effect immediately.

Downgrading is processed at the End of Cycle (EOC). A downgrade request scheduled mid-cycle does not take effect until the current billing period ends, so the member retains access to what they paid for until then.

When a member downgrades their base membership to Free, all coaching program add-ons automatically cancel since coaching programs require an active Pro or FF membership.

Billing

NHB billing infrastructure supports both ThriveCart (TC) and InfusionSoft (IS) paths. Most new member purchases go through IS or ThriveCart via the one-click charge system inside the NHB platform. Members can update their payment information from their account settings.

Refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds on coaching programs or memberships. If a program or plan is not working, members should cancel before the next billing cycle. This policy exists because coaching programs require the coach's time and attention from day one.

How to sign up

NHB uses ThriveCart and Stripe for checkout. Sign-up links are provided on the NHB pricing page, inside the platform, and directly via checkout links for each program. Members sign up once at the base membership level (Pro or FF), then add coaching programs separately as add-ons.

Team members

Members with multiple team members inside NHB can add additional seats:

  • NHB Pro team member: $250 per month per additional team member
  • Fast Forward team member: separate add-on available
  • Coaching program team members: available for specific programs (MASL, GASL, LL)

When a member asks about plans and pricing, the answer should cover:

  • The three tiers: Free (free), NHB Pro ($500/mo or $4,500/yr), Fast Forward ($1k/mo + $10k down or $20k/yr)
  • Existing FF members renew at $12k/yr or $1k/mo
  • Coaching programs are $1,000 per month each, add-ons on top of Pro or FF
  • A member needs an active Pro or FF membership to have any coaching program
  • NHB does not offer the Plus tier anymore — the hierarchy is Free, Pro, Fast Forward
  • Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle
  • No refunds; cancel before the next billing cycle
  • Additional team members are available as add-ons on Pro, FF, and select coaching programs
