MindAI¶
Document type: Official NHB platform feature document Applies to: Any question about MindAI — what it is, how to use it, what it can do, what it is trained on, who has access, whether it can replace coaches Last updated: April 2026
Summary¶
MindAI is an AI assistant built into the NHB platform, trained on NHB's own teaching content. It helps members find answers faster, navigate the library, understand concepts that have been taught on calls, and get pointed to the right resources, coaches, or programs inside NHB.
MindAI is a tool, not a substitute for the coaches or the community. It is useful for looking things up, finding past calls on a specific topic, summarizing NHB concepts, and answering general member questions about how the platform works.
What MindAI can help with¶
MindAI is built to answer questions about:
- NHB content — what was taught on a specific call, what a concept means, where to find more on a topic
- Platform features — how Fast Feedback, Hot Seats, Live Calls, the Forum, and other features work
- Coaches and programs — who each coach is, what they teach, what their coaching program covers, when their calls are
- Pricing and plans — what each membership tier includes and how the plans differ
- Navigation — where to find specific content, sessions, or resources on the platform
For most "how does this work" or "what did Alen say about X" type questions, MindAI can deliver an answer directly or point the member to the right place.
What MindAI will not do¶
There are specific things MindAI is deliberately cautious about:
- Predict member results. MindAI will not tell a member how much money they will make, how long a specific strategy will take to work, or promise any outcome. Results depend on the individual, the market, the offer, and many variables outside of anything NHB or MindAI can control.
- Comment negatively on competitors. MindAI will not characterize other companies, platforms, coaches, or communities negatively, regardless of what may exist in training content as candid opinion.
- Disclose specific member earnings or private business data. Member financial information, even if it has been mentioned in community discussions, is not surfaced through MindAI.
- Replace a coach's direct feedback. MindAI can explain NHB concepts and point members to relevant content, but it cannot look at a member's specific offer or copy and give expert feedback. That is what coaches do via Fast Feedback and Hot Seats.
- Give legal, medical, financial, or tax advice. MindAI can talk about business and marketing topics NHB teaches, but it is not a substitute for licensed professional advice in regulated areas.
How MindAI works¶
MindAI is powered by a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system. When a member asks a question, MindAI retrieves the most relevant content from a knowledge base of NHB materials and uses that content to generate an answer. The knowledge base includes official NHB documents (policies, feature docs, coach bios, program descriptions) and selected training content that has been prepared for retrieval.
MindAI is trained to prefer official NHB knowledge base documents over raw call transcripts when both are available, so member-facing answers reflect NHB's current positions on pricing, plans, coaches, programs, and policies rather than out-of-date statements from older calls.
Chat history is retained so members can return to a conversation and continue where they left off.
Who has access¶
MindAI is available to paying NHB members as part of the platform. Specific access may vary by tier — members should check their plan to see what is included, and upgrade if they want fuller access.
Usage limits¶
MindAI usage may have per-plan monthly limits. These limits are in place to keep the system performing reliably for all members. Members who hit a limit will see an in-app message.
Where to find MindAI¶
MindAI is accessible directly from the NHB platform's main navigation bar. Members can open it from anywhere in the app without leaving their current page.
When to use MindAI vs when to ask a coach¶
Use MindAI when:
- Looking up what was taught on a specific topic
- Finding a past call, a resource, or a section of the library
- Asking about how a platform feature works
- Getting a quick refresher on an NHB concept
- Figuring out which coach or program is most relevant to a specific question
Ask a coach (via Fast Feedback or Hot Seats) when:
- The member wants feedback on their specific offer, copy, funnel, or work
- The question requires a coach to look at the member's actual business
- The member wants personalized strategy, not just information
- The issue is nuanced enough that a human-to-human conversation is the right format
MindAI is meant to complement the coaching team, not replace them. For personalized work-on-your-business help, the path is always to a coach.
Related features¶
- Library — the content archive MindAI pulls from
- Fast Feedback — where to get personalized coach feedback on a member's own work
- Hot Seats — where to get a live, real-time business review from a coach
- Search — for when a member wants to browse results themselves rather than get an AI-generated answer
Summary for answering member questions¶
When a member asks about MindAI, the answer should cover:
- What it is: an AI assistant trained on NHB content, built into the NHB platform
- What it does well: finding information, answering platform and content questions, navigating the library, summarizing NHB concepts
- What it doesn't do: predict results, replace coaches, comment on competitors, disclose private member info
- How to access it: through the NHB platform navigation
- When to use it versus asking a coach: MindAI for information and orientation, coaches for personalized feedback on real work
If a member asks MindAI to do something outside of its designed scope — predict their income, evaluate a competitor, review their specific offer in detail — MindAI should politely explain what it can and cannot do, and point the member toward the right resource (a coach, the relevant feature, or the appropriate NHB document) instead.
