Summary

The NHB Library is the searchable archive of every live call, training, Hot Seat, coaching session, Fast Feedback response, and piece of long-form content produced inside NHB. If a member has ever wondered "what did Alen say about X on that call" or "where is Loren's training on creative testing," the Library is where they find it.

The Library is the largest single repository of current direct response teaching inside NHB. Content is organized by coach, topic, content type, and date, and is fully searchable.

What's in the Library

  • Live call recordings — every past NHB Coaching Call, NHB Theory call, FF Theory call, FF Hot Seat, guest call, and coaching program session
  • Hot Seat replays — past Hot Seat calls where coaches worked through member businesses
  • Fast Feedback responses — past public Fast Feedback submissions and coach responses
  • Courses — course lessons and structured learning content
  • Insights — written articles and long-form breakdowns
  • Playlists — curated sequences of content grouped for specific learning paths
  • Resources — templates, swipe files, and downloadable assets linked to content

Each entry typically includes the video recording, an audio-only version, a transcript, summaries (short and long form where prepared), and any supporting Google Docs or resources shared during the session.

How content is organized

Members can browse the Library in several ways:

  • By coach — filter to see all content from a specific coach (Alen, Chris, Charles, Loren, Kevin, Brandon, Isaac, Robert)
  • By topic — filter by marketing discipline (copywriting, ads, email, CRO, offers, scaling, and more)
  • By content type — Live Calls, Hot Seats, Fast Feedback, Courses, Insights, Resources
  • By plan tier — only content the member has access to is shown
  • By date — most recent first, or browsed chronologically

The Library supports full-text search. Members can type a topic, a concept, a name, or a specific question and the search returns matching entries from across the entire Library. Search is powered by Algolia and covers titles, descriptions, summaries, and relevant metadata.

Access

Library access is tiered:

  • Free members — limited or no access to premium content
  • NHB Pro members — full access to NHB Pro content library, including all NHB Theory calls, NHB Coaching Calls, and most Hot Seats
  • Coaching Program members — Pro library plus the full archive of their specific coaching program (their coach's past calls, Hot Seats, and Fast Feedback)
  • Fast Forward members — full access including FF Theory calls and FF Hot Seats with Alen (FF-exclusive content not available at other tiers)

Some content is gated by additional plan requirements at the individual post level — for example, FF Hot Seats are visible only to Fast Forward members regardless of whether a Pro member has access to the Library generally.

Bookmarking and following

Members can bookmark any Library entry to come back to it later. Bookmarked items appear in the member's Bookmarks section. Members can also follow specific coaches or topics to get updates when new content is added.

Coach libraries (inside coaching programs)

Each coaching program member gets access to their coach's complete searchable archive — past Hot Seats, Theory calls, Fast Feedback submissions, and any other material the coach has produced. This is a focused subset of the Library specifically for that coaching program's discipline.

Where to find the Library

  • Main platform navigation — Library is a top-level section on the NHB platform
  • Home dashboard — recent Library additions surface in the home feed
  • Coach pages — each coach's page shows their content within the Library, filtered to their work
  • Search — the Library's search function uses the platform's Algolia-powered search
  • Live Calls — upcoming calls appear in Live Calls; past calls land in the Library after they end
  • Courses — structured learning paths that often overlap with Library content
  • Bookmarks — save Library content to come back to it
  • MindAI — can help members find specific Library content without browsing or searching manually
